Caitlin Grant
Owner & Operator
Pet Perfect LLC, owner and operator, Caitlin Grant began petsitting for neighbors and friends when she was only 10 years old and never imagined that she would turn it into a career. She continued petsitting throughout her teen years and joined care.com and sittercity.com in her early twenties as a way to earn extra money on the side while attending Blue Ridge community college. She earned her Veterinary Assisting certificate in 2013 and successfully completed one year in the BRCC Veterinary Technology program before she realized that being a Veterinary Technician was not the career she wanted to pursue.

After finishing her internship at TenderCare Veterinary Center, Caitlin continued to work there in several capacities gaining valuable experience in animal behavior and handling. Caitlin continued petsitting and was soon adding more clients to her side business which was fast becoming a full time job.

She returned to BRCC and earned a Careers Study Certificate in Business Fundamentals as she carefully considered making pet care her full time career. In June 2018 with the support of her family, friends, coworkers, boss, and many clients, Caitlin embarked on her new adventure as owner of Pet Perfect LLC.

Jessica Grant

Jessica Grant discovered her passion for technology in 2013. She worked as part of the administrative team at Charlottesville Ballet, while dancing and performing with their professional company. She was excited to be a part of getting Pet Perfect started in 2018 by creating the business’ initial web presence. She continues to maintain Pet Perfect’s online presence and manage the new client database system. Jessica holds a degree in Cybersecurity and enjoys exploring different types of technologies and how they can help to improve daily business functions. Jessica understands the importance of excellent pet care as she has a one-eyed cat named Tiger that she loves to snuggle and take for car-rides.
